QMP diverse services

Quality Metal Products offers a wide variety of services, from basic machining for a one-piece order to five-axis, high volume production runs. We manufacture parts from thin wall tubing to solid bar stock of most any shape or material type. We also machine castings, forgings and billets from a wide range of customer-specified materials. Our tooling department can design and build custom fixtures or simply build to your existing design. Ongoing training and certification are essential to the efficient management of 8000-plus parts via our logistics system. These efforts also help us maintain an impressive PPAP level and an impeccable on-time delivery record.

QMP Capabilities

When Quality Metal Products was established in 1974, our humble beginning as sub-contractors in a small machine shop offered little indication of things to come. Our capabilities and service menu have grown exponentially since then, and we are proud to offer our national, regional and Central Illinois customers an impressive accuracy rate in an industry that demands near-perfection.
