Training


We pursue training programs aimed at eliminating waste of materials, time, labor, and money. We strive to increase uniformity in business and production processes to reduce costs and eliminate defects in measurable ways. We credit the following training programs with helping QMP achieve an on-time delivery record of over 99 percent, as well as 100-percent PPAP delivery and a dramatic reduction in our defect rate:
